With the unified efforts and extended supports of the team, it is a pleasure to announce that ASC has been awarded the new project for design and construction of a high-rise tower development “Capital Views” comprising residential and serviced apartments on Plot A01-A04 (ADM Plot C02), Capital Centre, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Capital Views project comprises the following:

• Ground level and 2 podium levels (lobbies, MEP, back of house operation spaces and 519 parking spaces).
• Podium deck (swimming pool for adult and children, play area, gymnasium, running track and landscape).
• 2 towers consisting of 20 storeys (319 residential apartment units) + 18 storeys (323 serviced apartments units).
• Roof level (MEP).
• Estidama 2 Pearl Rating
• Tourism and Cultural Authority (TCA) deluxe rating standard for serviced apartments.
• Total Built Up Area (BUA) UPC/ADNEC definition: maximum 97,405m².

The plot referred to as Plot No. A.01-A04, ADM Plot No. C2 is to establish a unique image and setting excellent standards of design efficiencies, functionality, practicality, buildability and building aesthetics. The plot is located within the Capital Centre, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), Abu Dhabi, situated directly adjacent to Khaleej Al Arabi Street (30th street). The project time frame for completion is 30 months.
