The office building is planned to accommodate the growing demand of research / office space within Masdar City. The site forms an integral component of the Phase I rollout for Masdar City and will be zoned for Research & Development.

The project is part of Masdar City Development’s vision to create a commercially viable sustainable city providing the highest quality of life with the lowest environmental footprint. The office building is expected to be completed in 14 months from the contract’s effective date.

I would like to congratulate each and every member of the Ali &

Ali & Sons Contracting Company – Sole Proprietorship LLC (ASC) has been awarded a contract by M/s Abu Dhabi Ports Company for the construction of KIZAD Headquarters in Plot C1 within KIZAD Area B, Abu Dhabi. The project has a total built-up area of 28,437m2 and composed of Kizad offices with nine (9) floors, roof, podium retail spaces and +600 parking lots site wide including MEP service basement . The office and retail areas are two (2) adjacent structures separated by expansion joints in each floor. The project includes podium, experience center, Kizad Service Center, Kizad offices, back offices, dining/event zones, training center, gym, prayer rooms, outdoor events zone, breakout terraces and MEP attic floor. A helipad will be required within the plot as well. The project contract duration shall be approximately 21 months.
