Abu Dhabi, UAE - Ali & Sons Contracting - Sole Proprietorship LLC (ASC) was recently awarded for the construction, execution, completion, testing, commissioning and handing over of the project by RKM Durar Properties LLC, the J-One Residential Complex located in Business Bay, Burj Khalifa District, Dubai UAE. The duration of the project is for 21 calendar months. Mobilization started on 1st October 2017. The commencement date of the main works is on 1st November 2017. Consultant of the project is M/s QHC Architects & Engineers.
