Project Description

The Project consists of 3 components: Common Areas, DIFC Living – 174 Residential Apartments consisting of a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2 bedrooms, and 3-bedroom units and DIFC Innovation Two – Commercial floors consisting of shell & core offices, fitted offices and co-working spaces, multipurpose conference facilities, and retail F&B facilities.
