Ali & Sons Contracting recently completed a major project – Saadiyat Rotana Hotel. It is located on the beach side of Saadiyat Islands in Abu Dhabi. Considered one of the luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Rotana was constructed on a total build-up area of 69,186 square meters. Ali & Sons Contracting & Kier Construction LLC worked on this project as a Joint Venture (JV) where the client is Al Diya Hospitality Investment LLC. The JV project is considered to be a pride of Ali & Sons Contracting. The hotel opened its door to customers on 15 March 2018, just in time for the summer season and start of the school break.
